The project activities will be monitored through a comprehensive Project Management plan, which includes coordination, quality assurance, financial management, risk mitigation, and evaluation activities.
To ensure effective communication between partners and in addition to the Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs), virtual meetings will be held monthly, with partners able to convene extraordinary online meetings when necessary. Clear communication protocols ensure transparency, shared understanding, and successful coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
