It creates the foundation for meaningful collaboration by bringing together diverse stakeholders to explore needs, discover resources, and identify opportunities for partnership.<\/p><h6>Key Activities &amp; Outputs:<\/h6><ul><li><strong>Mini-Publics Guidelines: <\/strong>Step-by-step methodology for organizing effective deliberative discussions between universities and community organizations, replicable across different contexts and countries.<\/li><li><strong>Deliberative Mini-Publics: <\/strong>Three facilitated discussion events (Denmark, Italy, Poland) bringing together 36+ participants to explore collaboration possibilities and co-create solutions to shared challenges.<\/li><li><strong>Reciprocal Mentorships:<\/strong> Six mentorship pairs matching university staff with NGO\/CSO professionals for mutual learning and skill development. Mentorships run for a minimum of three months, fostering personal connections and knowledge exchange.<\/li><li><strong>Mentorship Framework: <\/strong>Practical guide for establishing and maintaining effective reciprocal mentorships, including recruitment strategies, matching criteria, and activity suggestions.<\/li><li><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Awareness Guide:<\/strong> Comprehensive resource documenting collaboration needs, available resources, success factors, and partnership opportunities identified through Mini-Publics and mentorships.
